Mixer

The machine can mix all the different kinds of power materials with water. Due to the high speed of mixing braches 580Rpm, the different materials can be mixed evenly with water and some other liquid material. |

Core Filler
|
With the special screw pump, this machine can inject chocolate, butter, and sugar into the snack food. This machine can also thaw the core and keep the temperature. |

There are three sets of rollers and a fixed-length cutting system. With the frequency conversion, you can get a broad cutting scope. When using a shaper, the cover of the extruder is not used and please put the cover away. |

Dryer

The multi-layer dryer is with a compact design that can make the food be well dried in a limied space. We can adjust the number of layers and lengths depending on the output of the oven. It is a food standard stainless belt. The temp of the dryer and the drying time can both be controlled which can make sure that the food will be fully dried. We can also provide a gas dryer, diesel dryer, and steam dryer, or even a double energy dryer. |

Oil Sprayer |
This machine is used to spray oil and another liquid flavor on the snack food or feed. There is a heating pipe inside the drum which can make the oil liquid even in wintertime. |
