Introduction
The flake fish feed machine, also known as the drum dryer. It is an internal heating conduction type rotary drying device. The wet material obtains heat transferred by heat conduction on the outer wall of the drum to remove moisture to achieve the required moisture content. In the drying process, heat is transferred from the inner wall of the drum to the outer wall of the drum, and then passes through the film. The heat efficiency is high and can be continuously operated, so it is widely used for drying liquid materials or strip materials. The liquid material completes the whole process of filming, dewatering, scraping, and obtaining a dried product in one rotation cycle of the drum. Therefore, in the drum drying operation, the product of the expected moisture content and the corresponding yield can be obtained by adjusting parameters such as feed concentration, film thickness, heating medium temperature, drum rotation speed and so on. Due to the structural and operational characteristics of the drum dryer, it is more suitable for paste and viscous materials.

The roller is made of welded structure. The proper heat treatment process can greatly improve the thermal stability of the welded part. The hard chrome plating on the roller surface can improve not only the corrosion resistance of the roller, but also the hardness of the roller surface and increase the wear resistance. In addition, it can improve the service life of the roller. The equipment adopts double drum structure, on the one hand, it can reduce the installed power of the equipment under the same dry area, on the other hand, the space between the two rollers can be used to accommodate the slurry, which is beneficial to the selection of the feeding method; The thickness of the cloth is controlled by adjusting the gap between the two rollers; the synchronous rotation of the two rollers is controlled by two co-directional gears.
