Product Description
Using fresh lotus leaves with stems as raw materials, after washing, grading, cutting and steam curing, microwave drying treatment, and then blast drying into lotus leaf tea products. Compared with the conventional drying treatment, the effects of the new technology on lotus leaf polysaccharides, lotus leaf flavonoids and lotus leaf alkaloids were investigated. The results showed that after feeding, steam curing for 3min, high-fire microwave treatment for 10min, and then drying in an oven at 65ºC for 0.5~1.5h. The one-time dissolution rate of the microwave lotus leaf tea obtained by this method can reach 35%. Compared with the conventional treatment, the one-time dissolution rate can be increased by more than 20%. The leaching content of lotus leaf polysaccharides, lotus leaf flavonoids and lotus leaf alkaloids all changes with the new The use of craftsmanship is greatly improved.
