Microwave thawing machine is different from traditional heating thawing equipment. The characteristics of traditional thawing are: water thawing and natural thawing. The energy is mainly transferred through heat conduction. Because of the heat conduction method, the surface of the frozen product is easily generated by heat. Water reduces the thermal conductivity and slows the thawing speed.
Use a microwave source with a frequency of 915MHZ. When heating, the microwave penetrates the inside and outside of the material and heats at the same time, without heat conduction, it can be thawed with packaging, fast speed, low energy consumption, environmental protection and hygiene. Few operators are required for thawing, and the working environment is good. More importantly, microwave thawing is a new type of thawing method that adapts to the development trend. The high power density 915MHZ microwave penetrates meat products to ensure that the temperature after thawing is uniform inside and outside. It ongly takes 10% from -18ºC to -2ºC. After thawing, the color, nutritional content, taste, etc. are basically unchanged compared with fresh meat, and continuous productioin is realized, which greatly reduces the propagation of harmful bacteria. It is currently the best way of thawing meat products. Defrosted meat Products include: beef, chicken, fish, shrimp, pork and other products.
