Kurkure Nik Nak Cheetos production line is a kind of extruded snack, very crunchy and great in taste. Corn curls are made by the extrusion process. The corn grits are moisturized in a vertical mixer with water, oil then feed to the rotary head extruder. In the extruder, due to excess heat and pressure from the screws, the meal gets heated and the moisture content gets reduced. The meal passed through the die and gets cut by the cutting knives into required lengths. The corn curls are fried in cooking oil and then cooled before flavoring. Seasonings are sprayed on the Nik Nak to improve their taste.

The multi-layer dryer is with a compact design that can make the food be well dried in a limited space. We can adjust the number of layers and lengths depending on the output of the oven. It is a food standard stainless belt. The temp of the dryer and the drying time can both be controlled which can make sure that the food will be fully dried. We can also provide a gas dryer, diesel dryer, and steam dryer, or even a double energy dryer. |

This machine is used to spray oil and another liquid flavor on snacks food or feed. There is a heating pipe inside the drum which can make the oil be liquid even in wintertime. |
